Through refinements in the swaging process, specially designed cores, careful selection of magnesium oxide fill, nickel chromium resistance wire, stainless steel tubing, and carefully controlled production processes, HotRods routinely outperform other cartridge heaters in difficult applications.

HotRods are available in a wide variety of diameters and configurations. Choose from our large selection of stock heaters for immediate delivery or let the engineers at Marathon Heater design a unique heater for your special application. Standard manufacturing times are normally less than 2 weeks.

OEM REPLACMENT HEATERS

Marathon Heater manufactures mica band, mica nozzle and mica strip heaters.   Our heaters are computer designed  and manufactured to your specifications.  Only the highest quality materials are used for optimal performance.  Marathon Heater stocks many sizes and varieties of Mica heaters.  Custom designs to fit your application are also welcome.

VIPER COIL HEATERS

Marathon Heater stocks over 30 varieties of wattages in straight lengths ready to coil to your specifications.  Most deliveries are within 1-2 days.

AIR HEATERS

Marathon Heater manufactures a quality Air Heater used primarily in the heat staking industry.  Our standard heaters are 1/2" diameter and are available in 400 watts and 600 watts.  The heaters are teminated with 36" high temperature leads or with a 3 prong connector.  Custom diameter and wattages are welcome.

THERMOCOUPLES, RTD AND MI PROBES
