providing custom contracted components and tubing to Medical OEM's, we
have gained particular expertise in many application areas. This expertise
required us to invest in the development of proprietary fabrication
equipment critical to supplying these parts in the quality, volume and

Our global strength is based upon an
unparalleled knowledge of high performance polymers, both plastics and
elastomers with a unique specialty in silicone technology. We employ
experienced polymer and application engineers to provide material and
design solutions to our customers during the product development stage.
Our engineers are available to assist with technical advice on products
ranging from PVC and vinyl derivatives to urethane and silicone. With
standard materials, our own TYGON® formulation or one custom formulated
for a particular characteristic, we stand ready to provide high
performance polymer solutions. Our products are fully characterized,
validated and tested for a variety of specifications including USP Class
VI, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopia and FDA criteria.

Assembly
Our silicone molding and extrusion
experience combined with our medical device component development and
assembly provide a broad range of contract services for the Medical Device
OEM. Our in-house tooling capability reduces lead-times and improves
control over your program. For your multinational operations, we can
develop the product in cooperation with your R&D operations at one
site, then build and ship from another location closer to your own
assembly facility.
