Wide Range Vacuum Measurement Solution

Granville-Phillips Micro-Ion Plus Gauge is two gauges built as one. It uses less space, has fewer parts, needs fewer vacuum ports, and costs less than the two gauges it replaces. Thanks to its "More for Less" design, the Micro-Ion gauge is easier to use than the two gauges it replaces, and easier to integrate into vacuum systems.

The Micro-Ion Plus Vacuum Gauge Module extends pressure measurement from high vacuum to atmosphere through the use of a new Conductron^® heat-loss sensor incorporated in the same vacuum envelope with proven Micro-Ion gauge technology.

Combining two sensors in one miniature vacuum envelope saves space while providing high performance measurements over a wide dynamic range. The Micro-Ion Plus gauge provides high vacuum measurement using the robust Micro-Ion sensor, with a dual filament design that increases equipment uptime. A new advanced heat-loss sensor technology, Conductron, is used to measure low vacuum up to atmosphere. Two configurations of the modules are available – RS-485 with analog output, or DeviceNet digital communications.
