BC Tech has the expertise and experience to develop and manufacture medical
products ranging from the simplest disposable medical device to the most
sophisticated computer controlled medical therapy delivery or medical diagnostic
system. We have developed minimally invasive surgical devices, catheter devices,
interventional devices, consoles, patient monitoring systems, sterile packaging,
diagnostic devices, test equipment, as well as a wide range of manufacturing,
laboratory and automation equipment. Our manufacturing services include clean
room assembly, packaging, and sterilization as well as electronics systems
assembly and testing.
The BC Tech 14,000 square foot facility is located in Santa Cruz, California
about 40 minutes from the San Jose airport. Our product development facility
includes design & engineering offices, R&D labs, an electronics lab, and
a fully equipped prototype shop including CNC and injection molding. Our
manufacturing facility includes a class 10,000 cleanroom and an additional 3,000
