And today, we're pleased to unveil our all-new facility designed to serve all your electropolishing needs - and to keep meeting those needs for decades to come. This commitment has given Able a tremendous advantage over other electropolishers.

The outdoor tanks, located on the south side of our plant, are used for bulk storage of proprietary electropolishing and waste water chemicals. These tanks meet all city regulatory codes including spill containment areas surrounding the tanks.

A Commitment to the Environment

In response to the regulations inherent in the US Clean Water Act, Able made a large investment to insure that its new facility would be in compliance with the stringent environmental guidelines now being enforced by federal, state and local regulatory agencies. This investment means we're ready to serve our customers today and in the future.

Inside the plant, the waste treatment equipment occupies approximately 4,500 square feet. Our propriety environmental waste management system separated the waste from the unique mixture of base metals used in the alloying of material that is electropolished. Able's treatment of this mixture includes chemical reduction, waste stream blending, coagulation, flocculation, pH adjustment, settling microfiltration, ion exchange and dewatering. The result: total separation of the water from the waste material. At that point, the waste material is dried, formed into compact "cakes", and collected in a special bin for disposal.

Advanced Computerized Operation

Controlling our expanded facility is an intricate and totally updated computer system capable of tracking estimates, order entry, parts processing, record-keeping, receiving, shipping and billing. Creating this sophisticated computer-networked office will enable Able's technical teams and office personnel to streamline procedures for cost-effective, efficient customer service.

Our new processing facility boasts a full 40,000 square feet of operating space --- dramatically increasing our ability to accept, process and deliver orders of greater volume. The result: a quicker turnaround time for your largest, most demanding jobs.

Larger Tanks to Process Much Larger Parts

Able has invested in an array of new equipment designed to bring our high quality brand of electropolishing to large, complex parts in addition to the smaller, more intricate components we've always handled. With our new holding tanks and processing equipment we can now accommodate processing large objects such as the meat processing brine tank shown to the right.
