Adhesa Plate offers many label products which fall into both electronic and industrial uses. Electronic uses include computer ID labels, deadfront displays / tinted windows, die cut adhesive decals, die cut spacers/insulators, dampeners, embossed key overlays, FCC labels, tamper proof labels. We are an approved UL and CSA label manufacturer, and provide high quality lexan and mylar faceplates. Industrial uses include foil labels, ID model/serial labels, instruction labels, inventory equipment labels, asset labels, outdoor labels, parking permits,product ID labels, reflective, decorative labels, vehicle decals, warning labels, window decals, and wiring diagrams. We can work with your design, or create a custom design with our in house digital graphics system. You don't need a large run to get Adhesa Plate quality or service.

CAPABILITIES:

• Screen Printing
  This process provides extra durability to meet outdoor requirements With UV technology, quality is unsurpassed. Accurate color matching and opacity of inks make this process a must for membrane switch graphic overlays. Textured hard coatings are also available.
  

• Color Matching
  Using a color spectrophotometer, we can achieve an error percentage of less than 1 deta unit. This ensures the highest quality for custom color matching.
  
• Serializing
  We can apply sequential numbers to various materials for a number of different applications. Numbers are available in 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" heights for uses as warranty labels, asset labels, parking permits, membership cards, and model number or serial nameplates.
  
• Laminating
  Our laminating department provides laminations for protection and adhesion. High gloss and matte mylars create a solvent and scratch resistant barrier to protect the printed page. We exclusively use 3M adhesives (applying the one that is best suited for your specific needs). For zoned adhesive requirements, a sheet adhesive can be custom cut and applied to create selective adhesive coverage, or "zoned adhesive".
  
• Die Cutting
  Close tolerance is guaranteed on a wide variety of standard or custom shapes. We can provide kiss cut/strip form labels to accurate .060 thick panels. Note that rectangular shapes not requiring close tolerance can be cut without a die tool and rounded corners are available at minimal cost.
  
• Embossing
  Combining heat, pressure and quality craftsmanship, we can permanently form polycarbonate (lexan ©) or polyester (mylar ©) to create raised keypads for membrane switch graphic overlays.
