Management Team	Scott Hendrickson, Controller, has been the Controller at Peak for the past two years. During that time his main functions have involved the management of the company’s financial plans, practices and relationships with financial community. Scott’s previous experience includes three years as the Controller for a steel fabrication contract manufacturer in Casper, Wyoming, and eight years as the Assistant Controller at The Hotsy Corporation, a local OEM. When Scott is not busy managing Peak’s finances you can find him at a nearby golf course, working on his swing. Mike Dekker recently joined Peak as an addition to Peak’s Engineering Team. Mike came to Peak after two and a half years at RELA as Project Manager. After 18 years of working in the San Diego area, his background focuses on medical and consumer design and manufacturing engineering. A Colorado native, Mike enjoys spending his free time riding his motorcycle.
