Die
Cast Mold
To
design and build a precision diecast mold that will perform well past its
expected tool life can only be accomplished with the experience and
expertise that MN Mold has to offer. Use of the proper materials,
heat-treating, heating, cooling, stress temper and other processes are
what will assure a high quality long lasting mold.
We
build all types of die cast molds , conventional, three plates, squeeze,
trim less and magnesium molds.
Over
Molding
Over
molding is a tricky business, as the picture above illustrates. We have
been involved with this process for many years and have acquired a great
