O-Rings

Atlantic Rubber O-Rings, in a full range of sizes and materials, are available in small or large quantities using stock tooling or with minimal tooling costs. 

Atlantic Rubber O-Rings are designed using carefully compounded rubber and manufactured to RMA Class A high precision tolerances. O-Rings are cut to any length and vulcanized to provide a strong, uniform thickness and durable joint.

Atlantic Rubber carries a full line of rubber products for laboratory usage, offering everything from Medical Grade Silicone, Latex, and Natural Rubber Tubing to Septas, Stoppers and Medical Grade Class VI Silicone O-Rings.

Tubing

Atlantic Rubber carries the largest in-house Pure Gum inventory in the United States. Pure Gum Tubing is cost-effective, resilient, and abrasion resistant. It makes an excellent vacuum tubing because of its tear resistance and memory. This natural rubber tubing is versatile and cold temperature resistant; it is able to maintain a high coefficient of friction during most applications. Stock sizes are from 1/8"I.D. to 8"I.D.

Molded/Extruded: Atlantic Rubber custom molded rubber products are manufactured to meet your strictest standards. Atlantic Rubber produces a wide variety of rubber molded parts such as bellows, grommets, seals, pads, boots, bumpers and bushings through utilization of transfer compression and injection molding processes. Atlantic Rubber's rubber-molding capabilities are practically limitless. 

Grommets are available in a standard rubber compound. Special requirements for material, hardness, or color are available.
