Precision Secondary Operations ATF excels at producing non-standard parts. If your part requires tight tolerances and special shapes, ATF is the company to cold form the part. Our in-house capabilities include a wide variety of precision metal removal operations including shaving, slotting, pointing, grinding, drilling, tapping and trimming.

Thread Rolling Our expertise in thread rolling has become a driving force behind ATF. We have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of proprietary threadforms, which require an advanced skill level to produce. We have matched this expertise with state-of-the-art thread rolling equipment, allowing ATF to continually improve our processes.

Total Operations Capabilities State-of-the-art refers to more than manufacturing equipment at ATF. Some of our Total Operations technologies include EDI, EFT, an A2LA accredited quality lab, and electronic bar coding systems.

PPAP/Sample Development Many of ATF's customers require production capability verification. Realizing the importance of this stage in development, ATF produces our samples on the same machines that will run the production volumes.
