The company was founded in 1985
to develop, manufacture and market instruments for in-vitro diagnostics
and systems for laboratory automation. Continuous development and
co-operation with scientific research- and medical centers lays the
foundations of our products.
Micro processor technology plays a vital
role in every aspect. Mechatronics has a well equipped industrial
premises, where product development, manufacture and sales are undertaken.
About 90% of our total production is exported all over the world through a
world-wide network of exclusive and well trained distributors.

StaRRsed Compact analyzer
The StaRRsed Compact is our latest type ESR
(Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) analyzer, based on the functions of
earlier models of StaRRsed. It produces a true Westergren result and
conforms to the recommendations of the International Council for
Standardization in Heamatology (ICSH).

InteRRliner
InteRRliner makes continue production of
the ESR analyses available, as stand-alone or as a segment within an
complete production line. Easy loading of the samples from the racks into
the machine. Full automatic barcode reading for an optimum co-operation
with the administration- and report software. Fully automated preparation
of samples before aspiration.

AiRRmonia
The AiRRmonia analyzer contains a membrane
sampler for quantitative sampling of gas-phase ammonia. After diffusion
through the membrane the ammonia is absorbed in a sampling solution.
Ammonium-containing aerosols pass the sampler. The sample solution is
pumped continuously through the detector for conductivity measurement
after elective membrane diffusion.

LoRRca
The LORRCA is a new version of the earlier
announced LORD (Laser-assisted Optical Rotational Deformability meter)
Especially developed for this measurement at the Academic Medical Center (AMC)
in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The applicability of the instrument has now
been extended and tested for RBC-aggregation both regarding the
syllectogram and quantitative parameters like aggregation index,
aggregation at low shear, minimal shear rate to prevent aggregation,
kinetic characteristics, etc.

InteRRcom
The InteRRcom let's you communicate in
different applications, where special data input and output is needed. The
device can, for example, be used to read and pass barcodes to analyzers
without barcode facilities. The InteRRcom is a efficient solution to get
use of facilities within analyzers without changing the existing methods
of workflow.

IRRis
The IRRis eye-tracker is an eye-tracker
that was originally designed for clinical oculomotor diagnosis in humans.
However, its high accuracy and large bandwidth allows fundamental studies
as well. Not only saccades, pursuit, vergence and vestibular and
optokinetic eye movements are easy to detect, but miniature eye movements,
like square wave jerks, tremor, drift and microsaccades are also
detectable. Applications include neuro-physiological and ORL / ENT
diagnosis, reading, psychological, neurological, psychiatric and visual
studies.

StaRRcol
The StaRRcol is a micro-processor
controlled filter photometer for the measurement of sample concentrations
in a homogeneous solution.
Due to application of microprocessor controlled electronics and high
quality Köhler optics, the StaRRcol is very easy to operate and highly
reliable. Both low and high range absorptions can be measured with great
accuracy.

FloRRans
The FloRRans is a derivative from a
standard cell counter and special designed for the Active Neutrophil
Screening. To associate with MTP's the FloRRans has integrated a special
designed xyz-sampler. The sampler takes care of mixing, timing and
incubation of the blood samples.

The Mechatronics Application Software
division makes working with analyzers more easily with software to
automate the request and results flow. A complete administration
with centralized and remotely requests and reports within one application.
Connection between analyzers of other brands and the administrative
application is also available.
