| Metal Channel Strip Brushes & Brush
Seals
A metal channel strip brush is an
instrument consisting of natural or synthetic bristles held securely in
place by a U-shaped metal channel and center wire. All our brushes are
first manufactured as a straight strip brush, which is the most common
type of brush we produce. We are able to coil the strip into cylinder
brushes, or form the strip into other shapes such as disks, ovals and
cups.
A Brush Seal can work well over flat or
irregular surfaces and stay completely flexible. Brush seals can be used
in an infinite number of applications, but the main categories are listed
below. The brush seal is extremely durable and versatile because of the
many materials and sizes that are available for each application. We have
stock seals ready for immediate shipment or custom seals can be made
quickly for a unique application. Precision Brush Company has more machine

Dissipative Brushes
ESD (Electro Static Discharge) brushes
