HIPOT TESTERS
For over 45 years Slaughter
Company has been a leader in the manufacturing of instruments for
electrical safety testing. Slaughter's heritage and reputation have stood
for safe, reliable and inexpensive solutions to your testing needs. Our
instruments are designed for easy integration into production line
environments. They are easy to use without complicated features. They meet
or exceed compliance agency specifications such as UL, CSA and others.
|
| Enhanced
Hipots

|
The 2900 Series is our newest
line of UL & TÜV safety agency listed Hipot testers. The 2925 is a 12
mA 5KV AC Hipot tester, the 2935 is a 12 mA 5KV AC Hipot and 5 mA 6KV DC
Hipot tester and the 2945, which provides 3-in-1 test capability, includes
a 12 mA 5KV AC Hipot and 12 mA 6KV DC Hipot and a built-in Insulation
Resistance tester. All 2900 series hipots feature the newest advanced
technologies such as microprocessor control, liquid crystal display,
electronic ramp and dwell, and test set up memories.
|
| Basic Hipots

|
The Model 1305 was designed for
basic agency compliance testing and to provide customers with the most
technically advanced hipot at the lowest possible cost.
For more comprehensive hipot testing, the
fully microprocessor- controlled Model 2503 DC tester, Model 2510 AC
tester and Model 2550 AC/DC tester provide the ultimate in technically
advanced features at a very affordable price. They meet or exceed most
national and international safety standards and far exceeds the safety and
reliability of traditional analog-style instruments. |
| High Current
Hipots

|
Designed for applications
requiring a high current hipot test, the Model 2512 and Model 2515 meet or
exceed most national and international safety standards. Packed with
features previously found only in instruments costing hundreds of dollars
more, these instruments provide the enhanced capabilities, safety
features, and reliability made possible by microprocessor technology at
realistic and affordable prices. |
| Fixed Setting
Hipots

|
The Model 1101–2.5 is a
transportable Go, No-Go hipot tester for simple dielectric strength
testing. Used to determine if the insulation under test will
withstand the test voltage applied, this unit is safe, efficient, easy to
use, and reliable. The unit is well suited for testing to basic hipot
applications for quality related activities. This unit is essential in
reducing rework form product failures.
|
| Enhanced
Ground Bond Testers

|
The 2630 is an enhanced UL
& TUV safety agency listed ground bond tester. This fully
microprocessor controlled instrument can be used alone instrument or as a
companion instrument to the 2900 series. It includes the newest advanced
features including microprocessor control, liquid crystal display,
electronic dwell, milliohm offset, test setup memories, and
user-selectable output frequencies. With its advanced capabilities and low
cost it is a perfect solution for all production line applications.
The Model 2660 is an enhanced Ground Bond
tester designed to provide up to 60 Amps of output current to test
products with higher input current ratings. This fully microprocessor
controlled instrument can be used alone or interconnected to the 2900
series of enhanced Hipot testers. It includes the newest advanced features
including microprocessor control, liquid crystal display, electronic
dwell, milliohm offset, test setup memories, and user-selectable output
frequencies. With its advanced capabilities and low cost it is a perfect
solution to meet testing needs of products with higher input current
ratings.
|
| Insulation
Resistance Detectors

|
The Model 2205 is a fully
microprocessor-controlled insulation resistance tester providing
measurements up to 200 Gigohms at voltages up to 1000 VDC. It
incorporates the same technology found on our microprocessor-controlled
hipot testers including an easy to ready LED display and a programmable
limit for go/no-go production line testing.
